Our design and development team turns land into places to live. We work side by side with sales and project management, and every design starts with one question: how will a family live here?

About the role

You will lead the architecture of residential projects from master plan to façade detail, and follow construction on site to make sure what gets built is what was designed.

What you’ll do

• Develop plans and elevations from concept through to construction drawings.
• Turn client and market research into practical, generous layouts.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and the structural and MEP disciplines.
• Manage approvals and permits in line with the Saudi Building Code.
• Visit sites regularly to check quality and conformity with the design.

What you’ll bring

• A degree in architecture and Saudi Council of Engineers membership.
• At least five years on residential projects.
• Fluency in AutoCAD, Revit and visualisation tools.
• Working knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and municipal requirements.
• A portfolio of built work.
