Frequently asked questions

Will Sharef cover the utility bills?

Yes. We pay water and electricity bills for one year from handover, in projects that include this service.

Can I join the owners’ association?

Yes. Registering you with the owners’ association is part of our after-sales service.

How do I request after-sales service if something goes wrong?

Contact customer service by the phone number or email in your handover contract, with photos and a short description of the fault. Our engineers assess it, may visit, and then repair or replace under your warranty.

Is there a warranty on the structure, paintwork and doors?

Yes. The structural frame is covered for 10 years, paintwork for 2 years and wooden doors for 2 to 5 years. Cover starts on the final handover date and is written into your contract.
